Christmas Card Stamp-A-Stack / Card #1

Christmas cards seem to be on everyone's mind these days.  My stamp-a-stack card class could very well be the answer for many people who are worried about getting them done.  I'll be holding two sessions on November 9th, one in the afternoon and one in the evening as well as an afternoon class on November 10th.  There will be a total of 4 cards, and everyone will be doing 3 of each card.  Nothing extravagant here, so very doable in the 3 hour timeframe.

This first card uses my very favorite red, Cherry Cobbler, and is accented with Old Olive.  The Holiday Happiness stamp set is from the current catalog, don't you just love it! Very contemporary, and very fun.  No stamp positioner needed as I used the clear blocks which help immensly with lining up this type of image.  I'm starting to like these clear acrylic blocks better and better!  The Daffodil Delight star on top adds the finishing touch to the tree.  Jolly Holiday Designer Series Paper was used as layering over the Cherry Cobbler base card. These papers are not just for Christmas, they are contemporary and can be used for many occasions. The Scallop Trim Border punch was used to add a little frill.  Cherry Cobbler, doesn't that just sound yummy!!!!!

Stay tuned later this week for the other 3 cards that will be part of this exciting class!
