Clear Block ... Stamps!

Isn't it fun when we find alternate uses for a tool or a punch.  This card gives us an alternate use for our clear blocks.  How many sizes do you have in your arsenal?  That's how many sizes of block stamps that you can utilize in your stamping!

Depending upon the intensity of the image you're looking for, you can ink up your block and stamp off as many times as you need to get just the right look.

Today's project uses Block C which is 2" x 2-1/4".  We inked the clear block up with Soft Suede and stamped off once or twice on scrap paper before hitting the Whisper White card stock.

The Beautiful Wings Embosslit made adding the fluttering butterflies a breeze.  Embellished with tiny pearls, they are a perfect addition to our card.

The flower image is from Serene Silhouettes, and was colored with Primrose Petals and Garden Green markers before "huffing' and then stamping.

This was the last of the projects from the Core'dinations Class.  The Soft Suede Core'dinations Card Stock was embossed with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder, then lightly sanded.  Don't miss the small strip of 3/8" Ruffle Stretch Trim down the left side of the middle layer.  One edge of this ribbon has ruffles, the other has stretchy elastic.  In this instance I tucked the elastic edge under the layers of card stock.  So pretty.

Special thanks to Eileen LeFevre for the basic design of this card.
