January Stamp Camp Project #1

Last Saturday we had a very relaxing day stamping, punching and creating.  This first project is quick and easy.  I got the design from my fellow demonstrator, Jayne Stenstrom.  She is great at this type of 3-D project and I look to her for new ideas all the time.

The base of this project is 4-1/4" x 11", scored at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2".  Be sure to use your bone folder to create crisp folds.  The little piece that holds the pen is 2" x 2-1/2", scored at 1/2", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" on the longest side. No stamping on this project!  Look closely and you can see that I added a piece of designer paper to the pen.  I cut a small piece of paper, then broke down the fibers by running it over the edge of my work table, rolled it up and put it down into the barrel of the pen.  These are RSVP pens, they work wonderfully.  Best price is at Walmart.
