Too Much Time On My Hands!

OK, I just know you'll be impressed by the latest sock I finished.  When I first saw this pattern I said 'you've got to be kidding'.  But everyone needs a challenge once in a while, so I decided to go for it.  Another creation by Kelly J Knits that you can pick up at Your Local Yarn Shop in Battle Creek.  The very finest yarn shop that you'll find, anywhere!  The pattern is called Walking on Sunshine. You'll have to overlook the current renovation at the store as the big storm Memorial Day weekend took a bit of a toll on the building.  I still consider myself a 'new' knitter, so was rather surprised when I was able to whip this baby out.  Well, I didn't exactly 'whip' it out, it took several weeks, in between making a half dozen or so dish clothes. Thought I'd also show off my toe rings that I received for my birthday from my daughter's boyfriend, Jeff.  Ain't he sweet!  Oh yes, and notice my newly pedicured tootsies by my friend Michelle Thurston. 

Now, go buy some yarn and get to knitting!!!!
