Tonight I attended a wonderful event at Southern Exposure Herb Farm. If you know me at all, you know that this is my favorite place to be, especially in the fall. Every nook and corner was decorated for fall. The gift shop was full of wonderful new treasures, and I was able to pick up an enormous pumpkin made from grape vines. It was an awesome evening, with a wonderful meal prepared by Chef Elsie, and a great time making herbal vinegar. A good time with good friends. It made me realize how quickly fall is rushing in on us, and with fall comes cooler weather, and before we know it the holidays will be upon us. It's hard to believe that there's only 4 months left in 2012. Where did the year go?
Today's card is the last in my series from the Happy Hour stamp set. It's really been fun sharing all these cards with you, and especially fun making them. In the next few days I'll be announcing my Fav for September, and I'll begin my quest of showing you how versatile another great set is.
My last card is looking ahead to Christmas. Christmas cheer. How about a glass of sparkling white grape juice with a splash of cherry juice. Sounds pretty tasty to me!
This color combination is Basic Black, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green. Don't you love this stitched ribbon! In September you can get it FREE with a $40 order. How fun is that!
The Chevron Embossing Folder gives this a very classic look. I softened the card by adding the Basic Black edging with the Finishing Touches Edgelits.
This colorful greeting is also part of the Happy Hour set. It's easy to add color with Stampin' UP!'s many marvelous markers!!!
I hope you enjoyed today's project. It was a pleasure showing you all the fun things you can do with Happy Hour!
Thanks for stopping by today!
