A Perfect Day for Crafting

Yesterday it was a dark and dreary day in SW Michigan.  It was a perfect day to retreat to my craft room for a day of creating.  My goal was to start working on Christmas projects that I'll need in about 10 days, but I found it very difficult to switch gears and move in that direction.  I did come up with a couple ideas, but for the most part I worked on samples of my Fav of the Month.  I'll be showing you some of what I did next week.

For today though, I'm sharing another stamp camp project from earlier this week.  This is an easel card, the design is by Patricia Willey.  The color combination is Baja Breeze and Raspberry Ripple

The stamp set is Daydream Medallions.  We used 4 of the 5 stamps in the set for this card. The layered element was so very easy using the Floral Frames Framelits Dies. The greeting is from Perfectly Penned.

You can see that I used the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder too!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Very cute, Carol! I think I may CASE this for my downline meeting tonight! (Of course, I will be sure to tell them that the idea came from you!)
    Thanks for sharing!
