My good friend, Jean, had a birthday a couple of weeks ago. Instead of pulling something from my stash, I always try to make her a card that she hasn't already seen at one of my classes, or on my blog. So, here is her card!
It's amazing how I buy supplies, and then totally forget that I have them. That is true with the designer paper that you see here. It is the Natural Composition Specialty paper. It's so awesome! This paper has beautifully embossed patterns. I took the picture so you could see the nice shine the embossed images give off. Six different patterns in the package. You need to check it out!
These butterflies are precious. I know that Jean just loves butterflies. They were punched with the Elegant Butterfly Punch out of Early Espresso and Crumb Cake cardstock. The little flower comes from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack. The designer paper is Polka Dot Parade. Love, love, love polka dots!!!
So, what did I give Jean for her birthday? Tulip bulbs!!!! She is an amazing gardener. I just knew that the bulbs would please her! Hmm, I wonder if she's gotten them planted yet?
I do hope you've enjoyed today's project, and thank you for stopping by!
