This year, my very favorite Sale-A-Bration selection is the Sycamore Street Designer Paper. The colors are vibrant, and the color combinations make it so easy to dress up a card. I've used it on today's selection! You'll also see another free Sale-A-Bration product. Yes, you guessed it, the ribbon! I love this ribbon as its smooth and silky and naturally lays flat making it amazingly easy to work with.
Today's project is from yesterday's mini-stamp camp. It's the first time I'd used the New Bitty Butterfly punch. Such a tiny delicate thing, I really love it. The mottled look on the butterfly was made by stamping with both Island Indigo and Rich Razzleberry using one of the stamps from the Everything Eleanor stamp set. That is a set that I treasure because I received it at a Leadership Conference a couple years ago. Anyway, I just loved the way it makes these butterflies look.
You'll also notice the little scalloped edge on the inside of the card, that was made with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch. OK, I'm in shock! The Big Shot wasn't used at all on this card!!!!! (I'm giggling as I write this)
I've also used one of my favorite word sets here, Trust God. I used markers to color in the words, then a little huff of moist air and stamped.
If you haven't taken advantage of the Sale-A-Bration promotion, it's not too late! But there's only 3 weeks left, it ends on March 22nd. The inspiration for this card came from a posting on Pinterest!
