Here is another great card using the fabulous stamp set Petite Petals. It's the fourth in my series from the Petite Petals Class. This weekend I worked on a swap card and I couldn't help but pull this set out again. I'll share that one with you in a few days.
Today's card was a CASE from the splitcoaststampers site. I changed it a little, but it's pretty close to the original.
Color combination, quite simple; Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White
The little white flowers were stamped in Versamark and embossed with white.
Stamp Sets: Petite Petals, Hardwood, Gorgeous Grunge, Perfect Pennants
I'm sure that you've heard all the tips about getting your stamps to stick to the clear blocks but I'm going to share with you what I have done here. These little stamps were a bugger to get them to stick to the blocks. I picked up a hint online; using the 2-Way Glue Pen, apply a tiny amount of glue to each label (after they've been attached to the stamps), then just let dry. This help tremendously! The glue dries, but it will still be just tacky enough to adhere wonderfully to your clear blocks! No more temper tantrums!
Thanks for stopping by today!
