My Guernsey Wrap

Nothing gives me a feeling of accomplishment more than completing a knitting project.  Today I'll be sharing my latest project, hot off the blocking mats.  It's called the Guernsey Wrap by Jared Flood. The pattern is available on Ravelry.  These first pictures were taken during the blocking process.

Before I was done I think I used a couple hundred pins!

I picked this yarn up at the Stonehedge Fiber Mill, made right here in Michigan!  It's called Shepherd's Wool and the color is Beaches.  It's a worsted weight, fine wool.

It was a fun project to work on because of all the different patterns throughout the piece.

The finished size is 17" x 74".  Plenty of length to wrap up in!

A fun photo shoot with my daughter, Kathy!

Thanks for letting me share!
