Weekends away are always a joy. My sweetie and I drove up north to our camper this past weekend, then took a day trip and drove all the way up to Mackinaw City. Wow, was is quiet. Very few people on the roads, very few people no matter where we went. Very odd for a weekend. It then occurred to me that school wasn't out yet and most folks are just getting geared up to hit the road. It was really very pleasant, having the roads to ourselves, and not waiting in line at Joann's for my favorite fudge, Double Dark Chocolate. We buy it and freeze it. Let me re-phrase that. My husband buys it, I freeze it and I enjoy it through the months ahead. He doesn't touch the stuff, says it's too sweet.
Sweet, that sums up today's card. Remember the Embedded Embossing technique that I used a couple weeks ago? This is that same technique. Love the way it looks, don't you?
