Our vegetable garden this year provided quite a challenge. All the squash plants died early in the growing season and I only harvested one lone pumpkin which was not very pretty. I did get a good batch of gourds this year, which are always fun to grow. Next year I'd like to grow some blues, they are very cool, and expensive to buy. I've tried my hand at white pumpkins, but failed miserably.
Today's card is one that we did at a stamp camp a few weeks ago. It's made using the large oval punch. You just punch it out three times and layered together they make a quick, cute pumpkin.
This card uses the Hand-Penned Holiday Stamp Set from the Holiday Mini. You'll also see that I've used one of my favorite embossing folders, Elegant Lines. The stem on the pumpkin uses the Modern Label Punch. The colors are Pumpkin Pie, Early Espresso and Certainly Celery.
Thanks for stopping by!
