How did she do that?

Sometimes I'm stumped by a technique or a design.  Today's card shouldn't have been too difficult for me to figure out, but I got lazy and just ask my friend Cheri what die she used to create this cute little dress.  Seems she used the Scallop Circle #2 Bigz Die.  Of coarse she handmade a template for the curves of the dress but used the die at the top and the bottom.  It's just the sweetest.  She used the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder on the Whisper White cardstock.  Quarter inch grosgrain ribbon in Old Olive and a tiny rhinestone made the perfect accessory for this little creation.
