Today's project is one that I cased from Mary Fish (again). I changed it up just a bit, adding a different sentiment. These colors were a stretch for me, but they coordinate with this wonderful Floral District DSP, so how can I go wrong! Rich Razzleberry, Baja Breeze, Tangerine Tango and Whisper White. The polka dot element is made from paper from Polka Dot Parade DSP.
Feel Better! Guess I had my daughter in mind when I made this. This sentiment is from the new greetings set Sassy Salutations. Love it! The scalloped edge was made from the Adorning Accents Edgelits pack. I used the 2-1/2" Circle punch to make the large white circle.
Just recently I purchased the new Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack and Mat. Tried it out for the first time on this card. It was easy to use and adds just one more element of detail to today's project. Check it out on page 181 of the new catalog!
The two largest hearts were made from the Hearts Collection Framelits. The smaller heart was punched from the Small Heart punch. Look closely and you'll see the small clear heart button on the middle sized heart, it can be found in the Bitty Buttons collection. The pearls are the finishing touch, just what it needed!
