Rockin' and Rollin'

My goal in making this card was to duplicate some of the fall colors I see in my garden.  The first step was to ink up my stamp with Summer Starfruit, then roll the outside of the stamp in Pumpkin Pie and stamp on Whisper White cardstock.  The clean, crisp center is done with Cherry Cobbler.

I hadn't used this stamp set, Mixed Bunch, in quite a while.  And with the coordinating Blossom punch, it made creating these flowers a snap.  The embossing folder is the NEW Lacy Brocade.

Today, I'm in my craft room, trying to focus on Christmas.  It's a beautiful day here in Michigan, the last of the warm ones for awhile.  But that's OK, we've had plenty of warm days, and this past weekend was awesome.  I found myself at the Good Guys Car Show in Kalamazoo on Saturday afternoon snapping pictures of classic and modified cars that were made in 1948.  I'll be sharing those pictures later this week.  Lots of picture downloads, means lots of downtime sitting at my computer. Sometimes it's grueling, but always worth it.

Thanks for stopping by again!
