I Think I Saw This Little Guy in my Basement!

Brrr!  What a cold October day in Michigan.  I'm not sure that it even reached 40 degrees today, at least no where that I have been.  The wind is chilling, so I'm glad that I'm safe inside.  The mice are scrambling for warmth, we've seen a few darting here and there trying to find a warm spot to bed down.  The squirrels are very busy 'squirreling away' nuts that they will never find again.  There doesn't appear to be any leaves left on our trees, they're totally barren, ready for the first snow fall.  Yes, I'm glad I'm inside, where the woodstove keeps me toasty warm.

October 31st.  Halloween.  It's possible that today's card is the first Halloween card that I've ever made specifically to give to someone.  This one was for my daughter and her new husband.  Jeff liked the googly eyes!

And the paper?  You guessed it, Howlstooth & Scaringbone!  The stamp set is Googly Ghouls with fun Googlies (adhesive-backed googly eyes).  The Spider Web Embossing Folder gives this little spider a cute home.

This stamp set won't be available after the end of the year, so grab it while you can!  I have so many people miss out on stamp sets they want, they tell me 'oh, I should have bought it back then instead of waiting'.  Here today, gone tomorrow, not literally, but you get the picture!

Thanks for dropping by!
