Last Fav of the Month

This month certainly has flown by!  Of coarse my husband and I were gone about 12 days which made the month go by even faster.  Fall is my husbands favorite time of the year, he'd be happy if the temperature was in the 50's and 60's year round.  Of coarse right now Michigan is having a cold spell, and we haven't even seen 50 degrees in a week. I'm looking forward to a day of 55 degrees and calm winds so I can get my fall cleanup done!  There's pots to empty, hickory nuts to rake up, hoses to put away, annuals to pull out and who knows what else.  Tires me out just thinking about it!

Today I'm sharing my last sample from Serene Silhouettes.  This one is simplicity at its best.  A simple layer of black cardstock, a bright moon made by punching a circle from lightweight paper then sponging in the area with color, then an image stamped in black and the sentiment stamped in black.

The sentiment comes from the Word Play set.  It's so cool that you can order individual stamps from that set.  I have the complete set, but it's great that you can buy just a single stamp if you want.  This particular stamp has been one of my favorites.

Now I must get busy and decide on my Fav of the Month for November!  Hmmm, I certainly have one in mind, or maybe not.  Guess I'm just fickle today.

Thanks for stopping by!
