Gratitude

Last week at our mini-stamp camp we made four projects.  You've seen two of them, and this is the third.  This was a CAS from Jennifer Timko.  I loved it so much I didn't change it a bit.  The leaves look so real, but were not difficult at all.  The leaves come from the French Foliage stamp set.  They were stamped, then cut out by hand.  The edges of each leaf were dusted with a sponge that had been tapped into the Early Espresso stamp pad.  The same technique was used around the outside of the inner layer and also on the edges of the cut out that was made using a Labels Collection Framelit die.  You'll also notice the embossing on the inner layer, this was made using the Lacy Brocade Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. 

The words are from the Day of Gratitude stamp set.

These Brushed Bronze Designer Buttons tied up with Linen Thread are really beautiful and add a richness to this card.
