Embellished Tin

Years ago I bought a gazillion of these little tins.  When I was planning for my Artisan Embellishment Class I decided to pull out my tins and use them for the class.  Remarkably I only had 14 left, but that was exactly what I needed for the class.  

First, we embossed a small piece of metal sheathing with the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder, rounded the corners and taped it to the lid.  After the embossing the metal piece really didn't really want to lay flat, so we had to sticky strip it to the lid.  Next, we used embellishments from the kit to decorate it.  A fun little project. 

I think that I will be giving this to someone special, stashed with dark chocolate.
