Last week I held a journal class. Everyone who attended received the Epic Day This and That Journal and we spent the class time decorating the front, then cutting and punching embellishments to use inside. This journal has lots of pages to embellish and pretty up. It was so fun to watch everyone doing their own thing.
I did take a few pictures to share with you all.
I loved the way Chris embellished the hexagons with buttons.
Beautiful colors embellish Michelle's creation! She used a tan colored chipboard for her letters which made a good contrast on the gray.
Almost done.
Why is it that the only time we scowl is when someone surprises us with the camera. Sylvia seems to always have a smile on her face, so this just isn't fair to her.
Her This and That journal had a lot of lime and pink! Check out the little envelopes she made at the top, right, so sweet.
Anta made 2 journals in the evening class (and still had time for snacks). One for each of her daughters, Madison and Mackenzie. Too cute!
Cheri is a bit blurred here, didn't catch that till I looked at it later. Her journal was entitled I MADE THIS! How fun! Cheri journals all the trips that she and her husband take. I'm pretty impressed by that considering I always intend to do that, but never seem to do it.
My sister, Judy, is making a project journal. Her's is entitled MADE WITH LOVE.
Theresa made a prayer journal.
I loved the way she did the G in God. She's pretty creative!
Well, that was the class. Everyone seemed to enjoy the freedom they had to create their own journal. Now it's your turn!
