I'm always up for a challenge, and masculine cards are certainly challenging! It's a mystery to me why men's cards can't sport bows, flowers and butterflies. Men wear bow ties! Lots of men grow flowers, and butterflies are transformed bugs, right? So what makes them for just the feminine gender anyway. Those were the thoughts I had when I was making the cards for the Masculine Stamp-A-Stack. I still proceeded with caution though, and stuck to the basics. Here is the first card in the series of four.
Card Stock Colors: Smoky Slate, Basic Gray, and Naturals White
Stitched Ribbon in Basic Gray
Classic Ink in Smoky Slate and Basic Gray
Stamp Sets: By The Tide and Gorgeous Grunge
At the Stamp-A-Stack everyone made 3 cards each of 4 different designs. I'll, hopefully, be back on Monday with the second design. Next week is my infamous ANNUAL CRAFTER'S GARAGE SALE. I've got lots and lots of new stuff coming off my shelves and into the sale. Hundreds of retired stamps, designer paper, accessories, tools, swap cards, other handmade cards. Lots of other crafts too! Fabric and yarn, cross stitch and who knows what else! It should be a fun time! If you're a customer of mine, or want to be, I'll be having a special sale on Thursday from 4 to 7, just for you. Email me by clicking here, to get my address and directions to the sale.
Thanks for stopping by today!
