Today's project was much more difficult then it had to be. I saw this card on Pinterest and tried to duplicate it. It was so tedious trying to place all those little pieces in just the right spot, I didn't think I'd ever finish it. When I was done, I was less than satisfied with the results. After I'd struggled with it and the card was completed it occurred to me that I should have used the actual lattice die cut as a guide to place in my little pieces. Duh!!! So if you decide to try this, please don't go through the grueling job of trying to eyeball all those little pieces!
The fun comes when you emboss your artwork with an embossing folder. Here I used the Square Lattice folder.
Color combination: Cajun Craze, Sahara Sand, Garden Green and Very Vanilla.
The Get Well greeting comes from the Delightful Dozen Stamp Set.
