It's been a long time since I've used this cute stamp set, Create A Cupcake with it's coordinating punch. It certainly streamlines the making of a birthday card.
Now, I know that I saw this card online, but have no idea whose design it is. Just know that I didn't think this one up!
The words are so appropriate! This stamp comes in the Remembering Your Birthday Stamp Set.
The sprinkles are rhinestones!
